jeffrey roberts had sexual relations, according to police, with glen burnie students. the investigation -- regarding an allegation of sexual relationship between a teacher and a student at the school. during the investigation, police identified three female victims between the ages of 15 and 16 years old. we have a news crew following that story. we will have the very latest on that tonight that 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. jerry sandusky has posted his two hundred $50,000 bail -- his $250,000 bail. >> police led to jerry sandusky away from his home in handcuffs following new criminal charges

of alleged child sexual abuse. it involves allegations by two new abusers who claim that sandusky abused them. a grand jury accuses sandusky of assaulting one of the boys in the basement of his home. the victim claims "he screamed for help knowing that sandusky's wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him." the coach had been free on bond following his initial arrest, charged with sexually abusing eight other children. according to testimony, sandusky met all of the victims through the second mile charity. >> if you were facing the kind of charges is facing, you would be devastated. he and his wife and his children are all devastated by this. >> his lawyer says he expects them to be out of jail on bail later today.

>> the continued allegations against former penn state coach jerry sandusky has led to some backlash on our own jerry sandusky. we got plenty of rain, so much so that parts of the state experienced some flooding. part of route 1 was closed due to the flooding. one motorist had to be rescued from their vehicle. the rain is gone and, in its place, wind and cold temperatures. how long will the last? >> this is a complex and a large storm coming through. we had mild temperatures yesterday.

pre-dog, it was in the 60's. now we're in the 40's. we will be stuck there for a while. this is satellite imagery of the storm passing through the area. light precipitation and wind gusting into the 40's and 50's. some of the snow is up to around 6 inches. in the baltimore area, no snow. there was snowflake activity, but no accumulation. the forecast is coming up. >> we will check back with you. the medical examiner has ruled the maryland man's death a homicide after baltimore police say that he died from a shooting. he was shot in the middle of a crowd when he was 16. surgeons say repaired his aorta, but it deteriorated. he died of those injuries in

july of this year. the case was never solved. a suspect is behind bars accused of a deadly stabbing in west baltimore. the attack happened around 9:00 wednesday night. investigators say the unidentified victim died at the scene. no word on what led to the violence. two female city police officers are suspended as the department investigate allegations of sexual harassment. a third officer witnessed an incident of a sexual nature. >> there is a general order to the police department. there is a certain way you have to act and maintain yourself in public if you're a member of the baltimore police department. that just underscores our commitment to holding ourselves to a higher standard. even when individuals are off- duty, they are bound by the

journal orders. >> they were stripped of their guns and badges pending the outcome of the investigation. swimming and fishing and not usually come to mind when you think of the inner harbor. but the mayor wants them to be. she plans to unveil a health the harbor plan. the goal is to make the harbor healthy enough so that people can swim and fission it by 2020. it is part of an initiative that contain solutions to deal with issues of trash, sewage leaks, and storm water runoff. a state legislative audit shows that maryland paid half a million dollars on medicaid to people who were already dead. $2.5 million in erroneous payments were made for 23 people who may have already been dead. state agencies have recovered about $115,000 of those payments. there is a new twist to the payroll tax cut debate.

republicans are trying to tie the extension to the construction of a controversial oil pipeline. president obama says absolutely not. >> this project is not just a pipeline. it is in fact a lifeline. >> the $7 billion pipeline would run two thousand miles through the u.s. to canada. democrats questioned whether that is safe. republicans say it will create tens of thousands of jobs. they want it approved as part of the payroll tax cut extension. >> any effort to try to tie keystone to the payroll tax cut i will reject. so everybody should be on notice. >> i think that would be terribly irresponsible. >> we are taking money out of the social security trust fund. we have a trust fund that we all know is going broke. >> with canada's prime minister, president obama urged a straight up or down vote on the tax cut. >> i expect they will have

some like the fact -- some lake effect. a few clouds in western maryland showing up. there is a little snow on the ground. some of it may be visible. there are 6 inches of snow in parts of west virginia. today is a totally different day. let's take a look of some of the temperatures with all but sunshine we have out there. their three sets of tortures on this map. the lighter blue from baltimore southward. those are readings in the low- to-mid-40's. and then you see the central and northern part of the state with temperatures only in the upper- 30's. then the deep blue in western maryland is in the 20's. in the far western part of the state, it is really cool. in west virginia at the moment, 29 degrees, as well as monterey. oakland is a chilly spot with 23

degrees. there is the departing storm pulling out of the picture right now. high pressure coming in. cold air, the windy, especially in a lower new england. it is when you're no.. -- it is windier of the north. the clippers tonight carry a lot of moisture. this will be floating to our north tomorrow night. we're watching to see if something develops over the ocean. basically, we have a fair weather forecasts. there's a lot of cold or the united states right now. there is very little warmer air, except for places like southern for. the stream of northwest wind will keep the temperatures down for a while. today, we will only be in the low-to-mid-40's for highs. a couple of gusts and a small
